How It Works
Automatically set up one-time or recurring payments (like your mortgage, utilities or even favorite charity) from your checking account for the dates and amounts you desire. Payments can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance! With Online Bill Pay, you can pay anyone including an individual so long as they have a complete postal address.

Online Bill Pay will show you the date your payment will be delivered to your payee. Just enter the “Schedule On” date while paying your bill and the “Delivery By” date will be automatically calculated and displayed. Control when and how much you pay and be assured that your payments will arrive on time.

Security: Paying your bills online through DCU’s website or your mobile device is safe and secure because the service combines the latest technology features with rigorous security requirements.

100% Payment Guarantee: If a properly scheduled payment is not received and posted on time by the payee, we will cover any late fees or assessed finance charges.

Payment Records: From the Payment Records tab, you may view bill pay activity. By default, it will display the current month’s activity. Use the drop-down menu to select different reports or click “Create a report” to create a custom report for your needs. Looking to see how much you paid on individual or business or during a specific month? Here’s where you go.

Funding Accounts: This tab will display all eligible checking accounts (of which you are owner) that you can use when scheduling payments. If you are an owner of more than one eligible checking account, this is where you can change which checking account is the default funding account.

*Additional fees for expedited payments. See disclosure for terms and conditions. DCU’s online bill pay is free however if there is 3 months of inactivity (no payments made) this service will be removed. Activity, such as scheduling a payment or managing your merchant list, without making a bill payment, is considered inactivity and will not prevent removal.
