Online Statements via The Vault
E-statements make retrieving your records E-asy

Now you can receive your account statement electronically, in half the time. When you replace your printed statement with our new electronic statements, you can see your statement immediately - and you won’t need to file or store it when you’re done!

E-statements differ from what is currently available on our home banking web site. With Connect@Home, you can only retrieve up to three months of transaction history, with e-statements you can access up to five years of transactions. 

The Vault will keep your e-statements where they’re easy to find - safe in the fireproof, theft-proof and clutter-proof online Vault for up to five years. Your statements are available anytime with just a click of your computer mouse.

When your e-statement is ready each month, we’ll send you an email reminder. You can then view your statement online on the safe and secure, password-protected Vault page.

To enter The Vault, you use your account number and password. No one but you can see your data to ensure your personal information stays that way. If you forget your password, the credit union can help you remember it.
